DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Delivery within the UK
We offer a standard delivery of 3-5 working days free of charge. If you would like delivery sooner or have any other special requirements, please get in touch and we will try to accommodate your needs.
Please note that during the busy festive period it may take slightly longer than normal to receive your package.
Delivery outside the UK
We offer delivery to most countries in the EU (3-7 days) for a standard fee of £20. If you would like your item delivered to a country not on the delivery drop down list, please get in touch and we will calculate delivery according to the destination.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like a refund or exchange, please contact us and we will arrange return via drop off to your nearest myHermes collection point, free of charge. The item(s) must be returned to Huski (Returns), Moth House, Brown Candover, Alresford, Hants, SO24 9TT within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, if the item has been delivered overseas you will need to pay for the return postage due to the high postage cost. If returning items from overseas please obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in transit.
All goods will be inspected on return and must be in their original condition with tags intact in order for an exchange or refund to be granted. Items returned worn (other than to try on) or stained will not be eligible for refund or exchange and will be returned to the customer.
If you would like an exchange for your returned items, we will need to contact you in order to place a new order. The original order will be refunded, and the new order will be debited and issued with a new reference number. We are only able to offer one free exchange per transaction. If you are unhappy with your exchanged item, you will need to pay for its return to us.
We will email you to confirm when a return has been received and your refund will be processed. We aim to credit customers’ accounts within 14 days of return.
We diligently check all Huski products before sending them but if there is any fault with your item, or if it is damaged in transport, you must notify us within seven days of delivery and we will get in touch as soon as we can to arrange for the swift replacement of your items. It is therefore important that you carefully examine your package when it arrives.
